Give yourself the gift of time

We have spared no effort to make you feel comfortable and completely relaxed during every facet of your visit at Tamarind Springs ensuring that all of your needs are met in a friendly and professional manner.

Arrival for your treatment

If your massage program includes the use of our steam room facilities, we recommend you arrive at least 1.5 hours before your appointed massage treatment time*. However, to make the most out of your experience in the steam cave, rock pools, and forest relaxation area, you are welcome to arrive earlier. For programs “without steam” please arrive ½ hour before treatment time*. Our operating hours are from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

In order to as much as possible customize your personal massage program, please advise our staff on your individual needs and any special requirements you may have.

* In the event of late arrival, your treatment time or even your reservation might be effected.

Switch to quiet mode - switch off….

Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We therefore ask you to switch off your mobile phone and leave it and your camera in your locker, or even better, in your hotel safe. Please respect the privacy of other guests, enjoy the gentle forest sounds around you, and allow yourself to be completely immersed in the moment.

Steam experience

Our unique steam cave provides an ideal way to prepare the body for your treatment. Heat soothes muscles, increases circulation and melts away stress. The cool Forest Pools are a refreshing contrast to the hot steam, an experience you are likely to remember for a long time.

What to wear

We respect traditional Thai standards of modesty - everyone wears traditional Thai-style sarongs or loincloths in the steam and in the pools. You don't need to bring anything along, unless you prefer to wear a swimsuit. For massage, we will again provide you with a traditional Thai style outfit. Disposable underwear, slippers and a basket for carrying any personal items will also be supplied.

Pregnancy

We have a specially designed treatment course for expectant mothers. Please inform our reception team as to your individual needs.

Health conditions

Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries when making your reservation.

Age restrictions

We have no childcare facilities and are unable to offer treatments to anyone under the age 14 years.

Amenities

Our locker rooms are comfortable and attractive with hot and cold showers and all amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap. A personal locker is at your disposal. However, we advise that your leave all your valuable items in your hotel safe, prior to visiting the spa as we are not responsible for any damage, loss or stolen items.

For male guests

To ensure the best possible results during facial treatments, we advise all our male guests to shave prior to their spa day with us.

Bookings

Advance bookings are highly recommended to secure your preferred treatment time.
Reservations should be made at least three days in advance by Internet, phone or in person and will require a deposit to make a confirmed booking.

Cancellation and no show policy

If you need to reschedule your bookings, we require 24 hours’ notice. Please note that as we can be fully booked in some seasons, rescheduling is entirely based on availability. PLEASE use the phone, not the Internet for any short notice changes.

Non-arrival will incur the full charge on your deposit. Please note: for group bookings, do not make a booking on behalf of your friends if you do not want to incur their cancellation charge.

Limousine Service

Tamarind Springs provides limousine service at reasonable rates. If you require transport, please inform.

Gift Voucher

A Spa Gift Voucher can be a lovely and unique present for many occasions, and may be purchased at the Spa Front desk or online.
