Two-hour Thai massage
Our Traditional Thai massage employs slow strong acupressure, with some gentle stretches, realigning the body's energy flow. A good Thai massage can be therapeutic and energising, and while it is often compared to passive yoga, it is best enjoyed as a regular practice if you are fit and limber.
Thai massage can be uncomfortable if you are very stiff and best to be avoided if you have any serious back discomfort.
