All you have to decide in advance is how much time you'd like to spend in our forest spa.
When you arrive you can decide which massage combination best suits you, and tailor your experience to your mood, your body type or your whim on the day.

Bring a swimsuit, a book, a friend, and spend a few hours enjoying the steam cave, forest pools and complimentary refreshments in the 'space out zone'.

Enjoy at least 1.5 hours in the Forest Spa followed by a 2.5 hour massage of your choice.
On the day of your treatment, you choose your 2.5 hour massage combination from the following:

Use of the steam cave, rock plunge pools, refreshments and snacks are all inclusive.
 Please see our "Drift away treats" packages for some extra special treats - these packages do require you to decide the type of massage in advance.
For any booking of B9,000 or more, we are happy to pick you up at your hotel. We can arrange a return service at a reasonable rate.

The forest spa treatment salas are designed for couples and while separate, are open to the surrounding jungle setting.
Which massage should I choose?
'Thai for two' massage (2.5 hr)
In addition to combining acupressure and gentle stretches to realign the body's energy flow, this longer 2.5 hour Thai treatment allows our experienced massage therapists to fully focus on the stressed back and neck muscles.
'Over the top' massage (2.5 hr)
Designed to relieve lower back, shoulder and neck discomfort relating to our computer-driven lifestyle. Focusing mainly on the upper body, this treatment incorporates our signature pain-relieving balm and a little aromatherapy oil to leave you feeling thoroughly worked over and relaxed.
'Twice as nice' prakop massage (2.5 hr)
Steaming Thai herbs, tightly wrapped in cloth, are gently pressed along the energy lines of the body in combination with massage to relieve aches and re-energize the muscles. This unique ancient Thai healing massage is aromatic, nurturing and is especially recommended for stiffness and joint pain.
'Yin/Yang' oil massage (1.5 hr)
This firm oil massage works the muscles at the same time as the energy
lines and points. Designed to get in to those tense places and release them.
If you prefer a very light oil massage, please let our receptionist know.
Foot massage (1 hr)
Combines European reflexology techniques and soothing massage. The overall effect is one of detoxification, relaxation and energy release.
Head massage (1 hr)
A surprisingly nurturing and totally relaxing hour of gentleness. Working on the face and head and lightly on the shoulders, the therapist combines gentle pressure and massage. No oil is used for this massage.
Face massage (1 hr)
All-natural botanicals for our signature facial. This soothing and gentle massage will leave your skin feeling toned and smooth, and you feeling relaxed and pampered. The facial uses cleanser, scrub, toner, mask, massage cream and serum, and is non-invasive, using hands only.
