There will be two Yoga classes per day and each guest will have the opportunity to practice at his/her own level making the week suitable for students of different abilities.

Yoga Classes

Each day you are invited to discover and regain healthy energy through guided Yoga, aimed at developing the individual potential of each student.

This class is a perfect challenge for Yoga beginners and those who desire to create more awareness and in depth thru the foundational ancient yogic asanas practice. In this class we will break down all the important elements for your personal practice to gain the optimal benefit for your yoga-growth. Participants who are practicing any Yoga style, are also very welcome in this particular Yoga foundation class.
