Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting Tamarind Springs Forest Spa. Below we outline our refund policy for all payments made to Sparadise Co., Ltd (trading as Tamarind Springs).

1) All payments made to Tamarind Springs, for all products & services, are considered settled and final.

2) Tamarind Springs reserves the right to review refund requests and may offer a partial or full refund in exceptional cases only, at our discretion.

3) When Tamarind Springs refunds a payment made by credit card, the refund may take up to 30 days to reappear in a customer’s credit card account, due to Thai banking laws and individual bank policy.

4) Customers who make any kind of payment to Tamarind Springs are deemed to understand and agree to this refund policy.

5) To confirm a reservation, Tamarind Springs requires
    a. steam + massage packages: a THB 3,000 deposit per person
    b. steam only packages: THB 1,000 deposit per person
    c. large groups: a 50% deposit
    d. short-term villa bookings: a 2 nights deposit,
    e. long-term villa bookings: a deposit as communicated and agreed prior to the reservation

6) All deposits made are non-refundable.
    a. Cancellations and no shows result in loss of the deposit
    b. To reschedule, Tamarind Springs requires 24 hours’ notice, by telephone or in person (not by email or website contact form). Rescheduling is based entirely on availability and on our discretion.
